My employer has filed GC (I485&I140) for me in EB1 Category
I wanted to make sure on the time frames that I might expect a reply from USCIS under EB1 category.
When do I get a Case ID?
If everything goes fine, what would be the time frame my I140 will get approved?
If everything goes fine, what would be the time frame my I485 will get approved?
How long would it take to get my GC under this category?
